“Lake bled and the caves were really beautiful. This trip is definitely worth going if you wish to cover the caves and lake bled all in one day. Our guide Jacob was funny and energetic and shared a lot about his country. The only complaint I have was that the boats from the shore to the island in Lake bled are not coordinated and just go as and when they like. For 20 euros per person, we were given just 45 mins on the island. It was simply not enough. But then again, I wouldn't say that the island is a must go and the view isn't much greater there.…”

Our advice to others: if flooding rains are predicted, definitely change your plans as many aspects of this are disappointing since there were no views and we stayed wet ( even with umbrellas and rain jackets. ) That being said, this was our only chance to do this tour and we, along with our guide, made it the best experience possible!”

Our guide tried asking but the boat people said no. But otherwise, it was a great day. While the cave experience was okay, our guide made the Predjama Castle tour completely fascinating. But decided to wait until later in the trip to eat and was disappointed at Portoroza as it is a beach resort selling “beach” fast food. The driver was good in explaining the history of the area.”
