“Lake bled and the caves were really beautiful. This trip is definitely worth going if you wish to cover the caves and lake bled all in one day. Our guide Jacob was funny and energetic and shared a lot about his country. The only complaint I have was that the boats from the shore to the island in Lake bled are not coordinated and just go as and when they like. For 20 euros per person, we were given just 45 mins on the island. It was simply not enough. But then again, I wouldn't say that the island is a must go and the view isn't much greater there.…”

“The castle is visible from the entire city, so it's easy to get excited for this visit. We chose to ride the funicular up (which I recommend as it's a steep walk). Once inside, it's easy to navigate around, including climbing the tower. The views from the castle can't be beat and thus, this is a must-do activity while visiting Ljubljana.”
