She introduced us to an excellent array of Slovenian food, wine and beer, and took us to some lovely eateries along the way. We particularly enjoyed the Carniolan sausage (kranjska klobasa) with horseradish and mustard, traditional barley stew "ričet" and craft beer Dragon slayer, a hazy session IPA from Green Gold microbrewery at Klobasarna. We also thought the follow-up by email with information about what we tried and where was a really good idea. Highly recommended.”
